How often and when should I use meridol® mouthwash?

We recommend using the mouthwash twice a day, preferably in the evening after a thorough teeth cleaning.

Do I have to dilute Meridol® mouthwash?

No. meridol® mouthwash is ready to use and does not need to be diluted.
Can children use meridol® Mouthwash?

Adults and children from 12 years on can use meridol® Mouthwash.
Does meridol® mouthwash help with gum problems?

meridol® mouthwash was developed to help protect against gum problems and to regenerate swollen gums. If you experience more serious redness and discomfort, you can also use meridol® 0.12% Chlorexidine. Please contact your dentist for further advice.

Can tooth discoloration occur when using meridol® Mouthwash?

In conjunction with the individual saliva composition, certain medication or personal eating habits (such as tea, coffee, nicotine) and effective mouth cleaning, slight superficial and harmless discoloration can occur in rare cases. Meridol® mouthwash contains carefully selected ingredients, and the formula is designed not to stain or cause discoloration.
